All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at 3dprinting@duck.com within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right. Photos of the damage may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are 3D-printed and often made to order, we do not accept returns, including for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order prints
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect, and only after we evaluate the issue. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
