Processing Time

 

All items are 3D printed and prepared with care. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During busy seasons or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

• U.S. orders: Most items ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail and usually arrive within 2–5 business days after leaving our shop.
• International orders: Delivery times vary by country and may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs and local postal service processing.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office first. If additional help is needed, feel free to email us at 3Dprinting@duck.com.

 

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately—if the order has not shipped yet, we can update it.

 

International Taxes & Customs

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply. Delays due to customs are outside our control.
